I started to document everything I eat. The theory is, if I spend (burn) more calories than I take in, it will spur weight loss. The key to knowing what I take in is by writing it down. I have also tried to incorporate more fruit into my diet. Tonight, we went to the farmers market and got some goodies (pears/ strawberries/ apples/ salads).
I also 'worked out' this morning. I went to our apartment-complex gym and ran for a mile. I had a bad case of IBS, ran back to the apartment just in time to drop a load, then went back to run another mile and pump the lead.
